Director and the Board' course, delivered by the Institute of Directors (IoD) on 15-16 October in ShanghaiThis course can be taken as part of the IoD's 'Certificate in Company Direction'.

This course gives you a practical understanding of best practice in the boardroom and the confidence to tackle boardroom challenges.


It introduces a director's duties and legal responsibilities and the board's role in corporate governance and risk management. It explains how to ensure internal procedures such as executive appointments and remuneration remain transparent.
