To discuss new ways and best practices in the fields of staff engagement, internal communication and remote work, we have invited several professionals.

Due to the service charges of Event Bank and online payment platforms, we can only partially refund up to 90% of your ticket price and payment will be processed within 14 days after the event via your original payment method. However, it is non-refundable for cancellation request made beyond the above mentioned timeframe.

    Alfonso Troisi

    Business Executive Officer of Greater China at Nespresso

    Alfonso Troisi, an Italian citizen, is the Business Executive Officer of Nespresso Greater China, based in Shanghai, where he moved back in June 2013. Alfonso is also the President of SwissCham Shanghai. Prior to Nespresso, Alfonso was Head of Marketing for Metro Cash & Carry Asia, based in Singapore, where he developed and rolled-out a new customer strategy for the Retail and Wholesale business, covering countries such as Japan, India and Vietnam. Alfonso had previously spent 6 years in Shanghai with Diageo and Belvedere, developing a wide portfolio of internationally recognized wines and spirits brands and 1 year with Nestle in Beijing, turning the local business around. Alfonso early career was in Europe, where he held several local and international commercial leadership and project management roles, based in countries such as Italy, France, Spain and the UK. Alfonso speaks fluently 5 languages and holds a BA Degree from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne.

In order to follow her inner passions and aspirations, Ms. Yung relocated to Shanghai to pursue challenging new opportunities and refocused her career toward Human Resources, where she has flourished since. She has since directed countless major HR functions as well as taken on key executive HR Management roles in various companies within different industries; including roles at the aforementioned, Ernst & Young, as well as in the banking industry at Standard Chartered Bank. In addition, Ms. Yung successfully lead and delivered projects related to HR transformation, M&A, Integration, Strategic Talent Initiatives, Digital HR Excellence and Start Up initiatives in her professional career.
