This also involves using language in a powerful, yet polite way.

This is most needed in international companies where the preferred company language is not necessarily the mother tongue of every staff member. This program was designed with Chinese professionals in mind, who speak English as a second language, and the material discussed in class will be customized for the group as much as possible according to the level of the participants and their specific roles at work.

Due to the service charges of Event Bank and online payment platforms, we can only partially refund up to 90% of your ticket price and payment will be processed within 14 days after the event via your original payment method. However, it is non-refundable for cancellation request made beyond the above mentioned timeframe.
