Running an SME can sometimes be a challenging task, as roles and responsibilities may be very stretched and covering many areas. This is particularly true today, with SMEs facing the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic in China and globally.

This SME online roundtable's objective is to support the British SME network members with opportunities to share the challenges they are faced with, and get support from other experienced professionals in the areas that often prove to be the most challenging when running the business.

Cindy Hu, a member of British Chamber Shanghai's SME Committee and an experienced Operations Manager, will facilitate a session for sharing and peer support where members have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and jointly explore solutions.

The online roundtable will cover areas spanning from finance, admin, and HR for SMEs as well as taxation, visa procedures and other policies.
