Mr Morcillo will share insights on M&A and deal structure trends of China in 2021. Mr Speyer will discuss learning how to incorporate joint ventures into your inorganic growth strategy, form high impact joint ventures with both private and state-owned companies, and effectively manage the post-deal integration process. 

The meeting is convened under strict Chatham House rules to facilitate open discussion and encourage the establishment of a supportive network of British companies.  This event is open to members in the AE&M sector and by invitation only.
