Event Details
The modern business environment is increasingly complex, fast-paced, and rapidly changing. This year is particularly challenging for most due to the COVID-19 outbreak. People - leaders and individuals around the world struggle to adapt to the challenges 2020 brings.
In this seminar, the British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai invites Jamie Dixon to talk about his '5 Ownership Habits'. In life, people are triggered and allow our emotions to take control. This leads us to lose focus on what matters most and react at the moment, often in ways we regret. Jamie is going to share some case studies to illustrate each of these habits, which includes a series of tools designed to help us regain control when we most need it, and to build a culture of ownership in your organisation.
