Refund Policy
Please note that the extra 3% processing fee will be included in the VAT fapiao issued after the event.
If paying via bank transfer, only corporate accounts are accepted; individual transfers cannot be processed.
In case of cancellation, please kindly note you must email the BritCham Shanghai Event staff Yimeng.Xia@britishchambershanghai.cn before 5 pm, 7 April. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable. Due to the service charges of Glueup and online payment platforms, we can only partially refund up to 90% of your ticket price and payment will be processed within 14 days after the event via your original payment method.
