Refund Policy

Please note that the extra 3% processing fee will be included in the VAT fapiao issued after the event.

If paying via bank transfer, only corporate accounts are accepted; individual transfers cannot be processed.

For cancellations, you must notify bale.xu@britishchambershanghai.cn by 2 PM, 24 March 2026. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.
