Please note that the extra 3% processing fee will be included in the VAT fapiao issued after the event.

If paying via bank transfer, only corporate accounts are accepted; individual transfers cannot be processed.

For cancellations, you must notify yimeng.xia@britishchambershanghai.cn by 2 PM, 13 January 2026. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable.

For online payments, due to service charges from Glue Up and payment platforms, we can only partially refund up to 90% of your ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the event via the original payment method.
