The British Chamber of Commerce Shanghai's Legal and Regulatory Committee is delighted to co-organise with the North Bund Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre and Shanghai Corporate Counsel Association for a hybrid sharing session to address the improvement of business environment for multinational corporations (MNCs), with a focus on commercial mediation as a crucial facilitator
