    Nick started his career in the military, ending as one of the youngest Majors in the British Army. Since then he has had a variety of roles as practitioner, consultant, academic and author including: Executive Strategy Consultant with EY; FTSE 100 Director of major retail chain; Professor for leadership at blue chip business schools including LBS and INSEAD; and author of “Future Leadership” (Chinese version of the best-selling book “Complex Adaptive Leadership: Embracing Paradox and Uncertainty”). He is the MD of Agile Plus Management Consultants, the Chinese subsidiary of Complex Adaptive Leadership Ltd, which he founded. Clients in China have included Alibaba, GE, Solvay, GSK, MengNiu, MingLue and Dow.
