Nick started his career in the military, ending as one of the youngest Majors in the British Army. Since then he has had a variety of roles as practitioner, consultant, academic and author including: Executive Strategy Consultant with EY; FTSE 100 Director of major retail chain; Professor for leadership at blue chip business schools including LBS and INSEAD; and author of “Future Leadership” (Chinese version of the best-selling book “Complex Adaptive Leadership: Embracing Paradox and Uncertainty”). He is the MD of Agile Plus Management Consultants, the Chinese subsidiary of Complex Adaptive Leadership Ltd, which he founded. Clients in China have included Alibaba, GE, Solvay, GSK, MengNiu, MingLue and Dow.

Matt started his career in Asia over 10 years ago. He became one of China's first foreign sales reps in the healthcare industry and then went on to open up an office for a UK-based consulting company, before starting Atiom. The idea for Atiom was born out of long boring corporate classroom training where he saw a clear need for innovation. He and his partners now help companies move beyond traditional one-off employee engagement activities with mobile-first solutions that make training fun, effortless and measurable. They service clients such as Porsche, Compass Group and Mandarin Oriental and have recently opened up their APAC HQ in Singapore.
