She has been involved in a number of significant projects and has advised clients on a wide range of employment law issues such as conclusion of employment contract, formulating and implementing the employee handbook, code of conduct, advising on employee dismissal, mass lay-off, relocation and restructuring, non-competition, social security, work permit, secondment and visa issues of expatriates as well as handling various labour disputes and internal investigation on compliance matters. Starting from 2017, Jeanette acted as the Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China, and the Chair in 2019 and 2020. Jeanette is also a member of Shanghai Law Society Labour and Social Security Law Research Branch.
