    MD, PhD, Chairman of Jiahui Health Executive Committee

    Dr. Hsiang joined Jiahui full-time in 2016, served as the Chief Medical Officer. In 2020-2024, He was the President of the Shanghai Jiahui International Hospital. Starting 2024, he became the Chairman of the Jiahui Health Executive Committee. Dr. Hsiang received his MD and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Chicago. He completed his internship and neurosurgical residency training at the University of California San Diego. Prior to joining Jiahui Health, he served as the Director of Neurosurgery at Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle. With more than 30 years of clinical experience in Neurosurgery, Dr. Hsiang also specialized in minimally invasive spine surgery, and cervical arthroplasty. Dr. Hsiang is board certified in American Board of Neurological Surgery, and American Board of Spine Surgery. He is also a member of American College of Physician Executives, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society and American College of Spine Surgeons. Dr. Hsiang engages in the worldwide Chinese Neurosurgery Conferences and Spine Conferences to enhance the influential and status of Chinese physicians in neurosurgery and spine surgery. Dr. Hsiang is also the Vice Chairman of International Chinese Spine Society and a council member of the Orthopedics Committee of the Chinese Association in Non-Public Medical Institutions. He is committed to encourage development and cooperation of Neurosurgery and Spine surgery in China.

    Max has more than 14 years experience living and working in China in both global and local leadership roles and is passionate about the importance of including China and other Asian countries like Japan and S Korea in global development from an early stage. This enables both the diversity of expertise from these important countries to be hanced within the global development strategy as well as ensure their patients can access new treatment options at the same time as those in the US and Europe.

    Dr. XUAN Linli is currently Chief of Medical Oncology at Jiahui International Cancer Center (JICC). With over 30 years of experience in cancer research and clinical practice, Dr. XUAN possesses extensive expertise in diagnosis and treatment of hematologic and oncologic illness, including cancer risk assessment and reduction.

    After 6 years of study in Shanghai Medical University, Dr. XUAN furthered her clinical training in the Hematology Division of the Internal Medicine Department at Huashan Hospital Fudan University, under the guidance of Professor DING Xunjie, one of the founding figures of the Hematology Department at Huashan Hospital and a key authority in hematology nationwide. Then in the US, she spent an additional 6 years in residency and fellowship training, including specialization in medical oncology and hematology at the University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. Before joining Jiahui Health, Dr. XUAN practiced medical oncology and hematology in the U.S. for over two decades. She obtained certifications from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. Dr. XUAN is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

    With a solid academic foundation, systematic training in both China and the U.S., and years of clinical experience in patient care, Dr. XUAN is well-versed in internationally advanced technologies for cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. She is skilled in managing a variety of oncological and hematological diseases. She is detail-oriented and excels in communication with patients and their families. She firmly believes that cancer treatment planning should involve collaboration between patients, families and other disciplines. Additionally, she prioritizes patients’ quality of life and is adept at alleviating suffering through standardized, internationally recognized personalized treatment plans and symptom management.

    Dr. XUAN’s areas of expertise in hematology and oncology treatment include but not limited to:
    -Diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors, particularly all stages of breast cancer, advanced gynecological malignancies, advanced prostate cancer and other urological cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal and stomach cancer, lung cancer, skin cancers especially melanoma, etc.
    -Diagnosis and treatment of hematologic malignancies, especially multiple myeloma and lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, myeloproliferative neoplasms.
    -Diagnosis and treatment of other hematologic conditions, including anticoagulation therapy, platelet disorder, myelodysplastic syndromes and all causes of anemia.
    -Cancer genetics, including cancer risk assessment and risk reduction,
    -Palliative care, including pain management and supportive therapy.
