2021年5月，上海市商务委发布《上海市外商投资企业投诉工作办法》，市外商投资企业投诉中心设在市外商投资协会，同时建立外商投资企业投诉工作联席会议制度。目前，上海市已建立1+16+2的外商投资企业投资中心网络，负责受理和具体办理投诉事项，积极预防投诉发生，保护外商投资企业合法权益，推动完善本市营商环境相关政策措施。
