On 24 June 2022, the Decision to Amend the Anti-Monopoly Law 反垄断法 ("Amended AML" 2022修订版) was officially passed and will come into force as of 1 August 2022. The changes introduced in the Amended AML display the ever-increasing significance of antitrust policy in China's administration.
