Formed by the Chamber's Executive Committee, the 1915 Club is a by-invitation-only dinner event. It gathers the most senior executives within our membership to meet one another and engage in friendly, stimulating conversation. Our past attendees' businesses cover all range of sectors

The evening will commence with a welcome reception at 6:30 pm, followed by a few words from our Executive Committee representative and then dinner. During a fine four-course dinner, seats will be rotated between courses to maximise the networking opportunity for each guest.

The haggis will be presented at the table and slice open as part of the classic "Address to a Haggis" moment — a lively crowd favourite that brings Scotland's culinary heritage to the evening.

This event is by invitation only. Due to seat limitations, priorities will go to Platinum members and Company members (one representative per member company).

About the Venue

Morton's of Chicago, The Steakhouse is located on the 4th floor of the prestigious Shanghai ifc mall. The 400-seat restaurant is the world's largest Morton's restaurant to date.

It features nine private dining suites fully equipped with audio-visual facilities, plus two additional private rooms for Cigar and Wine connoisseurs. Private alfresco dining is available on the terrace with a view of Shanghai's famous Oriental Pearl Tower.
