Formed by the Chamber's Executive Committee and held twice a year, the 1915 Club is a by-invitation-only dinner event. It gathers the most senior executives within our membership to meet one another and engage in friendly, stimulating conversation. Our past attendees' businesses cover all range of sectors.
The dinner menu of the night is designed and prepared by the One-Michelin-Star restaurant PHรNIX and Executive Chef Ugo Rinaldo.

Ugo joined PuLi as Executive Chef in September 2021. Opened in 2016, PHรNIX has been being awarded Michelin-starred restaurant for seven consecutive years.
